While setting the industry benchmark, SuccessHR actively participates in social public welfare activities,
adheres to the concept of business for good, and constantly feeds back to the society.
It is just the so-called "one person in employment, the whole family out of poverty". The SuccessHR Poverty Alleviation and Employment Project has a long history. With the help of the Group's industry accumulation for many years, it has effectively helped people realize their dream of poverty alleviation and employment.
So far, the activity has covered 400 poverty-stricken counties across the country, and helped more than 8w people in poverty-stricken areas to find jobs.
The activity is mainly to care for the left behind children by carrying free books, letters of sympathy, specialties and other gifts provided by SuccessHR Group during volunteers’ travel or returning home.
The activity will not stop until there are no left behind children in China.
From 2021, another "Hope Primary School" was added to the social responsibility system of the SuccessHR Group. While launching the donation project for Hope Primary School, the Group promised to donate one Hope Primary School every year to help more children to learn well, read good books and learn quality lessons.
Everyone has their own dreams, and the disabled are included. The "Assistance DreamWorks" project provides work for the disabled with professional services, so as to facilitate their dream of integration into society.
The project was officially put into use in May 2021, and radiated the surrounding areas as the core to drive more disabled people to obtain employment.
On May 19, 2022, on the occasion of Nanjing University's 120th birthday, SuccessHR donated 12 million yuan and set up the Nanjing University SuccessHR Fund to support the construction and development of the alma mater.
