Operation Director


Responsibilities:

1.  Effectively manage and communicate with key accounts, understand and analyze customer needs, and formulate plans;
2.  Coordinate resources, evaluate and control, establish reasonable business iteration planning, and ensure smooth implementation;
3.  Be responsible for the coordination of the relationship between the relevant personnel (customers, superior leaders, team members, etc.) of the whole
    project and commercial public relations.
4.  Regularly report the status of key account projects to the management and follow up therisk of project problems; Secondary demand development, etc
5.  Manage and supervise the work of team members;
6.  Assist other jobs and complete other tasks assigned by leaders.

1.  Strong sense of responsibility and dedication;
2.  Strong sense of service, good organization, coordination and communication ability, and be able to accept job transfer;
3.  Outgoing and flexible, with good communication and coordination ability, be able to handle matters related to negotiation, communication and
    connection with customers;
4.  Good leadership, outstanding organizational management and excellent psychological endurance.
